We Are Open with Reduced Hours
To Our Amazing Clients,
We wanted to reach out to each of you during this difficult time that we are all experiencing and let you know that we are ready to help.
Due to the COVID-19 we have seen a huge decrease in our operations. We want to continue to be open for our customers but due to the decrease in sales we must adjust some of our hours. We thank you for your continued support, if you need an earlier drop off or later pick-up these can be made by appointment.
Our Amado and Tucson STAY locations are open with limited hours:
Tucson STAY @ Jackrabbit Rd
Monday - Friday 6AM-7PM
Saturday 8AM-5PM
Amado
Monday - Friday 9AM-6PM
Saturday 8AM-5PM
Our Tucson PLAY location is closed for the time being. All of our Tucson operations, including grooming, boarding, and daycare, have been switched over to our STAY location on Jackrabbit rd. Please stay healthy and we look forward to adjusting hours back to normal soon!
We have had some questions from our clients about dogs and pets in regard to the COVID-19 virus and wanted to inform you on what we know at this point. At this time, there are no known cases where dogs or cats can get us the COVID-19 virus. Nor, has it been confirmed that or pets (cats and dogs) can spread it to one another.
We have met with county officials as we are prepared to work together if Tucson begins developing more cases. We want to ensure people have a safe place to bring their pets in a time of need. We are taking multiple steps to minimize health risks to our teammates and our clients by increasing our cleaning procedures.
We want to keep healthy and be able to support those in need of or services, while continuing to keep our staff employed. We will continue providing a safe and clean working environment for our staff, clients and their pets.
We will continue to be available for boarding, daycare, grooming and training, along with offering special orders for those that want to stock up on food for your pets. We ask that you please reach out to any of our stores by Wednesday of each week, so we have the ability to increase our orders, as needed, to fill your needs.
We know these times are challenging for all of us, and we want you to know that we are here to support you and your pets needs. We wish all of you and your family members the best of health as we get through this together.
